Powered by PostProxy. Instagram, TikTok, X, and similar channels usually map directly to one connected profile. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business can expose multiple placements under one login, so Kyma lets each venue route to the exact Page, organization, or location before posting.
Seeing old account names (not Pages) in a Facebook dropdown? Tap Reset & Re-sync to clear this browser's cached PostProxy data and reload Pages/placements fresh.
Connect a Facebook/Google/LinkedIn Account
Once any account is connected, "Sync Pages/Locations/Orgs" only refreshes what that account already has — it can't add Pages from a different login. To pull in the Pages for venues that aren't showing up (e.g. only "Memories" appears in the Facebook dropdown), log in here with whichever Facebook account is an admin on those venues' Pages — a Business Manager login that covers multiple venues works too, and every Page it has access to will appear for every venue to pick from.
PostProxy auto-sync loads connected profiles, profile groups, posts, scheduled posts, and available inbox chats every 5 minutes.

When Kyma publishes a post, it uses the mapped profile and, when required, the mapped placement for that venue and platform. Facebook and Google Business will not publish without a specific Page or location placement.
